I've rented cars from this location a few times and sadly, i've never had a good experience. i wondered if it was just me, but today, my sister came along and she was equally put off by the demeanor of the staff. they are some of the least helpful, least friendly people in portland. the last time i reserved a car, i went to pick it up about 20 minutes before the time on the reservation and i did not get a car until 3.5 hours later. they did not give me any information about how long it would take to get a car and they were not apologetic until i told them i planned to complain. this past time, they were just weird and rude-even though i'm pretty sure they had no memory of me ever renting a car from them before. although it is convenient for me to rent from them, i will not deal with them in the future. I only give them one star because giving them no stars is not an option on city search.
