If you don't mind incompetent management allocating more time and energy on the landscaping than your maintenance needs then move right in. Hopefully you won't get the apartment that has water leaking from the upper floors right into your bathroom for 4 months.
Pros: At least there is a roof over head, well at leaky one
Cons: everything is shoddy
