We needed a 3rd party contractor to review issues with our swamp cooler. First contact, we were told a serviceman would come out to inspect and determine what to do. There would be no charge for this. Surprise, when he arrived he charged us $ 98.00 before even going up to the roof to check out the cooler. He did nothing but said an estimator would need to come out. That estimator, Mr Selby, was rude and didn't even get up to check the cooler. He looked up from the ground, wrote up an estimate of $650.00 to remove and reset. That is all. They would do nothing else unless other issues were found. Then they would charge more to fix it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We demanded a refund on the $98.00 which we did get.
