When my garage door got stuck in the open position I was very concerned because we have been having so many break-ins in our neighborhood. I was concerned at the prospect of leaving the door open all night. I was so happy when you sent out Jason at 11:00pm to take care of it with no extra charge for the late hour. Thanks!
