Terrible experience!! Never use this company again! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD! I was stuck with my car off the road. I did a google search with my phone and called woody's because they seemed to be the closest location. Driver had a horrible customer service attitude. He caused some damage to the car's fender while pulling it out and when I asked about it he said it'll pop back in. It doesn't! Estimate over the phone was $75 to $100...driver charged $125 just to pull the car back onto the road. My guess is due to his discomfort (it was raining out) he charged the extra. I can't do anything since I paid him in cash and don't have a receipt but I'll never use them again and will let my friends and relatives in that area know of our experience.
