The one star is required to post!!I Have used This Company over the past 6 years. The first 3 years were o.k with regular once a week pick up for my small business. Year 4 and since then, they regularly miss picking up trash. During last year 2011 they missed 3 weeks in a row. At that time after long discussions they would send a discounted bill for the missed pick ups. They continued to miss a week here an there. As of 2012, this company must be in trouble. They canceled my pick up after missing two in a row saying it was no longer cost effective for them to service this location. My automatic payment for the month had already been sent. I received no pick ups for the entire month but they sent me only a portion of the money back. Any corporation who needs to cheat people out of money is usually in Trouble. I found a much better company NEXUS here in Houston. Very friendly staff and were ready for my business at less than 1/2 the price of ALLIED!! They haven't missed a week!
