Review content:
First time walking in I was greated by an old yellow lab a fluffy black poodle and a cat I thought was a statue until he jumped down on the counter to small my purse. I couldn't smell anything but clean air well no I did smell a slight flower scent but I think it was the Lady at the desks perfume cause I haven't smelled it again. I take my dogs in a few times a year for boarding and grooming and as I walk in I'm always greated with the same kind words "how can I help you". Someone comes from the back and more times then not they know my dogs names love on them put a paper tag around their necks let me say goodbye and walk them to the back. I got curious one day and asked if it was ok to walk back too and the lady at the desk asked to give the manager just a minute and he would give me a tour I have to admit I waited around 10 minutes but he explained that he was out at the park with a group of dogs when he got the call. I walked through expecting the smells of feces and urine but it was the same smells from the front and there were dogs everywhere I looked. We walked to the back and out another door and thats where I smelled dogs but that might be cause there were at least 3 dozen dogs playing and barking in big areas with others in mud dirt rock and grass everyone looked to be happy then I saw my baby sitting at the front of a gate watching me He assured me he was coming in soon and this is where he would be until his "run" was ready. He took me through another door and showed me to the park where a group of dogs was playing in a pond. On the way back in he pointed out the run my kids would be in and I heard the door behind me open and close. While the run isn't my living room I have stayed in rooms smaller in my life and can see my two 10 n 50 lb kids had plenty of room to play. Before we went back through the last door I looked back and the same girl that greated my dogs was bringing them in to the run I was showed. I am so pleased and can't say thank you enough.
Pros: the love and care, the familiarity they know my pets more then they know me and the comfort I know they give my pets
Cons: the price is a little much for my budget but when you think about it its not as bad
