Completely amateur hour. This spring, I had George Brazil replace both the furnace and central air at my home with new high efficiency units. Their installers did terrible job and did not even check to see if the new units worked after they installed them. NEITHER DID. Air conditioning compressor had a freon leak due to faulty joints installed by George Brazil and bad circuit boards which required multiple service calls to fix. When winter came, tried to turn on the furnace and you guessed it, it also does not work. I have been waiting on parts for over a week with no heat in the house. Good thing I am in Chandler and not in the midwest. When I was in the attic this fall, I also noticed that the condenser drain lines were installed incorrectly which I fixed. Run away from George, far, far away.
