Review content:
Dr. Han and his staff have taken excellent care of my cat. They were recommended to me by an emergency clinic because they have an ultrasound machine and endoscope which not many of them in this town has, and I was really impressed and pleased with their service. Dr. Han has no problem explaining everything he's doing in minute detail, and answered all of my (10000) questions to my satisfaction. I had absolute confidence that he was doing what was most beneficial and compassionate for my kitty, not just the fastest, easiest, or most expensive procedures. The technicians obviously care about their charges--they're always talking to my cat and petting her, and they frequently call after visits to check on her. They're meticulous about going over my bills line-by-line so I understand all the charges. I really feel like the first concern of the people who work there is the comfort and health of the animal, not placating owners or making the big bucks. Pros: null Cons: null
