I thought perhaps my experience was unique, so first I read the other reviews. There is a serious problem when ONE-THIRD of the reviews were not just negative, but HORRIBLE! Obviously my experience was not unique. The worst part was my need was so simple! My son's fiance has already selected her bridesmaid's gowns so I just needed Special Event to just order it for my daughter and perhaps do some alterations! I could not even get them to call me back - after 3 tries! How do they stay in business?!?
