Several weeks ago i found it necessary to have a representative from your company come to my home to conduct an inspection on our Beutler SMART FAN. Although I have been remiss in not writing sooner, it has remained important for me to do so because I was so thoroughly impressed by your technician, Mr. Neil Chapman who came to my home. Mr. Chapman spent quite a bit of time evaluating my equipment and explaining to me the principle behind the smart fan system which, none of the other property inspectors were able to do when I purchased the home in April 2011. I felt Mr. Chapman was very thorough and personable and because of him, I purchased a one year service warranty with your company. While I have to admit I don't fully understand how the SMART-VENT works, I am confident that when I have my system serviced in the next fall for the semi-annual inspection, your company will take care of the equipment properly. I just wanted you to know that from my perspective as a homeowner for many years, I have rarely run across someone like Mr.Chapman. He displays a high degree of professionalism and is most definitely a credit to your company.
