If you value the merchandise you need repaired, do not take it to Steve's Electronics. He had my tv for exactly 4 weeks and was no closer to fixing it than the day I dropped it off. The first time I picked it up I had to bring it right back because it was doing the same thing I brought it in for. Took it back and got every excuse in the book from waiting for parts to getting help directly from RCA. Finally I demanded my refund which he gave me, minus the labor. Just for ha, ha's I plugged it in at home and now the screen is even worse than when I dropped it off. He said he'd give it back the way I dropped it off. Not a chance. Also, the place is a complete dump. It has to be a fire hazard.
