Review content:
Absolutely the worst replacement window installation job you can imagine. We have a stucco house and they did the entire job with hammers, crow bars and a screw driver. Steve made all kinds of promises about how they would be installed, and then was not on-site to supervise any of the installation or to even review the finished job. The 4 person installation (or more accurately demolition) crew spoke Russian only and did not understand a single word of what I was saying. They busted up all of the stucco all around all of the window frames, even to the point of beyond the exterior flange of the replacement frame on the largest 5x8ft window. Their installation work was nothing even remotely close to how Steve stated it would be done.
