Review content:
We needed to change the keys in several doors at our office so I called several locksmiths to get quotes. Some wanted as much as a $50 trip charge plus $40 per lock. Most of them also advertised super fast 24 hour emergency service above everything which was not the most important thing to me. I called Gordon Safe & Lock and the price they quoted was a bit lower than the rest but that wasn't what sold me. Instead of talking to someone who sounded like a taxi dispatcher, I actually talked to someone who was polite and took time to answer my questions. A little phone etiquette goes a long way. Thanks Naomi. I had the impression I was talking to a real business, not a guy in a booth.
