Review content:
I worked w/ Linda Barder for our May '09 wedding and she was wonderful. She answered my questions/emails/calls quickly and was very attentive. Even if I emailed her a few times a day, I never felt like I was bothering her. She made me feel like a valued client which I appreciated since this is where you spend the bulk of your money. Of course they are not inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The food was very good and the staff was on their game. Food wise, I was especially happy w/ the sushi station we had during cocktails and our dinner (beef and chicken over risotto). Our friends also loved the late night snacks (mini hot dogs and burgers over tater tots w/ mini milkshakes). FFT was also very accommodating during the week and day of. For example, we brought in our own champagne and they said just drop it off at our facility anytime the week of your wedding and we?ll take care of the rest. The next time I saw our champagne, it was being served to me at the reception. So easy! Also, at the end of the night there was a ton of cake left over and the head server remembered my mom from the tasting (impressive) and wrapped it all up so we could have it at the brunch the next day. So thoughtful! You really can?t go wrong with Food For Thought. Book them ? you won?t be sorry!
