I stayed here for two weeks on business. The hotel and the room were top notched; however, the mattress was terrible, the computer area was a joke (at least for the business traveler), there is no laundry facility there nor nearby. The hotel offers to do your laundry for a fee of $10.00 plus the expense to wash them. I want to do it myself. Not an option unless you are willing to travel up to 10 miles away. And stay away from the Hotel Manager......he bites. I had to take issue with another Manager about him and his attitude. And guess what, the staff there were all too willing to come to me after the incident to tell me that it wasn't the first time this has happened. It just gets swept under the rug. So if you don't need a comfortable mattress or a proper Business center or a Hotel Manager that is all about customer service and satisfaction then this is your hotel...................Enjoy!
Pros: Large rooms, nice complimentary hot breakfast daily
Cons: Mattress is very uncomfortable and no laundry room
