My water heater exploded in my attic at 2:00 am in the morning on Christmas Eve. I was so scared and I did not know were to turn, so I opened the phone book and found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, they were out here in less then an hour, they were clean and professional and had the problem fixed that same night. It took three guys and no matter what went wrong, they kept a positive attitude the whole time. They also recommended The Boss Resteration for the clean up..which was also clean and professional and very fast to respond to my needs. When it was all said and done I was expecting to pay an enormous bill...but that was not the cases at all. They did not charge any extra to come out at night or on a holiday. Thats why am writing this review. Won't ever call anyone else.
