Do not shop here unless you like rude salespeople, high prices and dishonest pricing practices. I have done busieness with Yates once and was unhappy with the level of service and how unprofessional the salespeople are. I ended up buying a travertine from them at like $4 per foot that could have been purchased in DFW for around $2 per square foot. When I told the wormy salesperson Scott this he said then why dont you just drive to Dallas and buy from them. Very unprofessional. I recently tried to do business with them again on some carpet and was given a good price by the rep only to be told at ordering time that he made a $1000 dollar mistake to my disadvantage and I would have to pay the difference. He also said that was the best that he could do. I am in sales and if I quote my customers wrong I will live up to the price. He was lying anyways because I called up carpet one and they were more than happy to beat the Yates price and nearly mathed Yates original price. I guess that is the difference between dealing with a professional company and a dishonest company. You can shop at Yates for ideas because they have a good showroom, but DONT EVER BUY FROM YATES!!!!
