I would first point out that travertine has several different grades (qualities) and Yates Flooring will match any Dallas price if it is for the same quality of product. As far as Yates sales professionals being rude or dishonest, that just is not the case. You do not survive for 35 years in this business climate without being honest, dependable and service oriented. Yates always has and always will go above and beyond the norm to make sure that their customers are pleased with their purchase. We admit to being human with the accompanying flaws but we always make every effort to right every wrong at whatever the cost. It is sad that someone can post such negative comments without substance, especially since he didnt even purchase carpet from us. I depend on the review system also but I would highly recommend that we all research any information that is being posted whether good or bad. The only accurate statement that this nameless reviewer made was that we had a good showroom.
