If you even remotely care about your animals, do NOT take them to this horrid place! I "used" to take my dog there. She had just gotten out of a cast for a broken leg, and I left her with the girl at the counter asking them to be very careful with her! I called about two hours later to check on how things were going, and got one of the owners on the phone...they knew absolutely NOTHING of what I had asked when I dropped my dog off. I went straight over to get her picked up and out of there and advised I was very upset and didn't want her left unattended to "fall of a grooming table or something". The owner appeared agitated, said "dogs do NOT fall off tables here". I swear to you, she no more than got that out of her mouth, and an unattended dog stepped off the side of the table, HUNG by the noose around her neck and then fell to the floor!! I have never been back. HOWEVER. Several years later, I see nothing has changed. My friend took her 16 year old standard poodle there for a haircut. When she got him home, he was not using his back leg. She immediately called the "salon" to find out what had happened to him, and was told "nothing happened". She then took him to the vet, the vet did xrays and they found he had experienced severe trama which would have occurred (you guessed it!) in a fall. The vet felt the dog was too old to survive surgery and he was in extreme pain. The dog was put down. :( They LIED to her about an injury that her dog sustained in their care. I gave one star because I had to give a rating to inform you. I initially gave zero "stars". DO NOT GO THERE.
