Our 10 yr old, builder installed HVAC needed replacing. The cooling function had never worked well in the upstairs - it was always hot compared with the 1st floor. There was only one thermostat and it was on the 1st floor. We opted for a larger unit and additionally we purchased the things needed to create a second 'upstairs' zone. This included a second thermostat installed upstairs. This unit is a 'heat pump' variety too. We are very happy with the whole purchase / installation process. David, his crew of three, and Chris were quite impressive in their knowledge and professionalism. In case you haven't noticed, we are VERY HAPPY with the results!
