Review content:
This place is GREAT, however I do have a complaint. I have used this grooming shop for a little while now. I have used all the groomers in there (wanted to see everyone's style and pick what one i like best) I like them all Except for the last one. I cant recall her name but she was a Blonde thin girl, very nice and it was a Sunday which was great, It did seem a little busy though. I wanted a haircut on him, and nails clipped. I was not happy when i picked him up. The girl was very nice and so was the receptionist I did not want to create a stink, so i left and here I am. I felt like I was ripped off, my dog still had hair on his butt and it looked dirty back there. He has had ear infections, so i like the hair taken out of his ear and it wasn't, i wanted the nails done most of all and they didn't even look touched. His haircut, not happy, very choppy and it was finished very quick, which i thought was odd. I' m sorry, i could go on and on, but i DO feel ripped off. I did pick a groomer in there and i'm going to make sure i use that one and not that one.
