Review content:
Unfortunately these people that own this company don't appreciate the business they have , nor its clients. Especially since they know don't have any competition in the area. They must feel that they don't have to give good service. They don't have don't have convent hours. They don't take walk in's. God forbid your late on your appoint time in the morning there. They wont take you, plus they will give you an excuse that they have to pay over time to its employees. We have a 2 pound dog, how much over time does it require to give a tiny mut a cut?? It obvious they don't go out of their way for their clients , at all. I can only wish someone would open a pet grooming store next to them and knock them off their high horse! May be I will!
Pros: They prove that compitition is desperately needed!
Cons: Their service rivals that of the worst stuck up hair salon in Beverly Hills!
