After finding Handy Appliance on LG's website as a service provider for our dishwasher I called to schedule a repair. When the technician arrived he stated that we needed a new sensor and would order it then be back to replace it when it came in. During the visit to replace the sensor he said that it wasn't working because we now needed the hose replace which would take another week to come in. At this point I had not made a payment because the work was not completed. When the time came for the hose to be replaced the owner of the company stated that they would expect payment for the work that day. I left a check with my mother in law to pay for the services as I had to be at work. When I arrived home that evening I put a load of dishes in and was not happy to realize that the dishwasher still was not working. I call Handy Appliance and they said that now I would have to order a new control panel. That would take another week! A week and a half latter I called to see if the part was in and was told that the part had been discontinued and there was nothing they could do for me. The owner was extremely rude and would offer no help to resolve the issue. He did however cash my $287 check for a dishwasher that was not repaired.
