Review content:
I will never do business with this company again. After visiting with them twice and making sure I had all the facts, I wrote them a check and explained I would like to have it by Labor Day weekend if possible. They said "no problem" that they would have the pool in a week. Two and a half weeks later they got the pool. No calls during that time to update me or inform me there would be a delay. My installer picked up the stuff from them and prepared everything for installation. After they prepared the yard and got the sides up, they discovered that they did not have the bead track for my liner. It seems Paradise did not order the bead track. So apparently they didn't check the order when it came in either to make sure they had everything needed for my pool before callilng the installer. I was told the Monday before Labor Day that the track was being shipped by the manufacturer and would be in on Wednesday. I asked if it could not have been overnighted and was informed that it could have but would have cost $100. I'm sorry, but I feel they owed me that much. It is now Wednesday night and I still don't have the required parts to finish the installation on my pool. And they did not even call me today to tell me the parts had not come in. I called them AFTER I talked with my installer and he informed me the shipment had not arrived. What an unprofessional way to do business. Fortunately, there are other pool places in town, when I need to purchase supplies.
