They totally treat you like number the last time I was there they were still paging you to go wherever they wanted you.... You have to wait FOREVER for a 2 MINUTE exam and a pat on the knee! When you call to try to talk to a nurse it's impossible and it's even worse to try to talk to the doctor so they tell you to make an appointment so you make the appointment, wait for 2 hours see the doctor for 3 minutes, get your pat on the knee and get sent back out the door... or and don't forget your copay!!!! I wouldn't refer anyone to this baby factory!
Pros: The nursing staff is USUALLY nice...
Cons: Wait time, no patient attention, terrible phone service
