I recently stopped and had them quote me a price on all of my cabinets. It was a good price and the cabinets are nice (made by supplier out of Dallas), so I thought I had a good deal. Well, after promising me they had everything and I didn't need to worry about ordering them... I stopped by on a weekend to pick them up. They had to change my order around a little, but I got all of my wall cabinets. When I returned to pick up the base cabinets the next day, they didn't have 3 of the largest ones and had to change the dimensions on 2. No big deal I thought, because they told me at that time to go ahead and take these, and the others would be delivered the VERY NEXT DAY. I went ahead and ripped my cabinets out that day and started finishing my new ones. 4 weeks later, and about a dozen lies or simply "We don't know when they will be here" answers I finally got the last 3 I paid for. No apology, no discount...They just blamed the manufacturer. Only problem was I looked them up and called the company. They told me exactly when the orders were placed and when they were scheduled for delivery. Do not trust!!! Totally incompetent staff at best...At worse they are unethical and could care less once they cash your check! Buyer Beware..
