Terrible! This company was just terrible. I signed up for the deluxe cleaning package which includes an initial deep clean and four standard cleanings. This was intended to be a treat for my wife and me during the holidays. After the 2rd cleaning the quality of service diminished to the point of having to clean after the maid. I took pictures after the service and emailed them to their corporate office to show how poorly the house was cleaned. Two days later one of their managers contacted me to apologize for the level of service, but in their defense there is too much ?stuff? in my home. I have just moved to McKinney into a 2,200 sq. ft. home from a 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and have not bought any new furniture outside of one 3ft bookcase and a coffee table. The manager explained to me that the maids take pictures of the inside of your home so they can reference ?problem spots?. He continued to explain taking pictures of a client?s home is not illegal and no notification is necessary. I asked to have the images returned, he denied me. He offered a free cleaning and an apology for the level of service the last few cleanings. He then asked if we planned on signing a contract to continue the service. I wasn?t sure given that the last two cleanings were very substandard. He then asked if that had been my plan all along, to get out of a contract. The conversation ended with me receiving a free cleaning and a bad feeling. I was then charged for this free cleaning and I have made 2 attempts for a refund neither producing a response. Their price point is cheaper than most cleaning services in the market, so I had thought I found a great deal. Apparently only a great deal if I wanted dirt moved around my home instead of removed.
