I don't like writing negative reviews but this company did a poor job. I needed an installation on a stove and a hood for the stove. The technician they sent lacked a basic understanding of American standard for Ranges and hoods. We showed him the specifications for the stove and he told us it wouldn't fit the area. This was incorrect. The people in the office were nice but said they needed the specifications to set up installation. It was all about getting me locked in and not the service. I told them I already provided the technician with the specifications. They kept trying to close the deal. I ended up paying significantly more for installation elsewhere but peace of mind mattered more than doing it on the cheap with West Coast Repair.
