Review content:
Hardware stores are known for poor customer service the world over, Tashman's is the exception to this rule. Every member of the staff offers advice and help without even asking. I bought a screen from them and could not fit it into my car. They aren't allowed to do it for you these days so I tried to do it myself. One employee got up from eating his lunch to tell me my plan was a bad one, and then gave me his box cutter, a ball of twine and some quick tips. Another employee came by about five minutes later and gave me step by step directions with a drawing and continuously apologized for not being able to offer more help. They made my keys in about 30 seconds and helped me pick out the right sheet of sandpaper for ten minutes, even though I was only spending less than $1 on the sheet.
