If I had the time, I would stand outside of the Leasing Office with a sandwhich board saying 'DO NOT MOVE IN HERE'. Go onto other reviews and read all the terrible things before signing a lease. I've dealt with rodents once a month for the past 7 months. When we asked them to take care of it, we were met with hostility and dismissiveness. "This doesn't happen a lot" they said. We looked at other ratings and saw that, indeed, it DOES happen a lot along with all the other problems: noise, burglaries, assaults, poor aesthetics in the apartment and terrible parking.
Pros: The clubhouse where the leasing office is aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: Vermin, rodents, spiders, loudness, crime (and we're young students. This is ridiculous)
