These clowns tried scare tactics to get me to buy a new furnace from them saying my furnace could get carbon monoxide leaks because my heat exchanger was cracked. They said the furnace had no warranty and I couldn't just buy a heat exchanger - I had to buy a whole new furnace. Cost to me would have been almost $2500. I had another company come out and perform the same service and they said my furnace came with a 20-year warranty and that the heat exchanger was not cracked. These guys are cheats. I've been trying, unsuccessfully, for three weeks to get my check returned to me.
