I just want to, I MUST give an EXCELLENT review to Staples Tech dept & an A+++ rating. You just don't come by this kind of HONESTY anymore, especially these days. I took my computer in to them fully EXPECTING to have to pay $150 to have a virus removed, as 'Century Link' had told me it was my computer. Come to find out because of the honest Techs at Staples, I learned that I had NO virus & that it was my old modem from "Century Link" that was causing all my problems. Not only did Staples tell me I had no virus, (which they could of EASILY done), but they didn't even charge me a PENNY for having looked at it! So a BIG THANK YOU goes out to you STAPLES TECH for such Integrity. I hope that all of you will take your business to them, as I know I WILL. They DESERVE to be Number#1 in their field & I believe that we should all do our part to get them there. Again, thanks Staples Tech. You have my vote & will ALWAYS HAVE my business!
