Review content:
To be fair I have had no problems with the tires we have purchased at NTB and the customer service has been fair; however, I had new brakes put on and they were needing replacement after ten thousand miles. When I started having problems with my brakes I took the truck back in to have them check on the pads and was told they were fine. When I took the truck elsewhere after having been told by NTB the brakes were fine I was told the pads on the truck needed replacement and could not possibly have been new brakes only 10,000 miles ago. Once new pads were put on my truck is in perfect shape. I no longer trust NTB for any of my servicing needs.
