Me and my husband loved our stay here. Brenda (manager) and Lynn (assistant) were very professional and courteous at every time. Never had a problem at our apartment for maintanence to handle but we did meet him once at the office and he was very friendly saying hi every time we saw him. Lawn service was there cutting the grass almost 2 times a week. The property was maintained very well. Now that I am back to my home town in the Valley I miss being in these apartments. I would definetly go back if I could. It was just me and my husband so we decided on a one bedroom but did feel it was somewhat small but ok. It was a little pricey but I do not regret spending the extra money on a quiet complex. The gate did not work for about 2 weeks and it was left open during that time but luckily nothing bad ever happened with our cars. Very friendly people outside in their balconies during the night while me and my husband took a walk around the apartments (was pregnant at the time needed some light exercise). Never had a chance to get in the pool since we stayed there only for 6months from September to Febuary, it is somewhat small but ok and the gym is small as well but there was only one other lady who would go at night when we did. It was a 24hr gym. I would absolutely recommend the place. And most importantly never had a single problem with roaches, this was such an important thing for me when moving in. I was roach free in my stay would totally rent there again :)
