Review content:
I have visited Maison approximately 15 times over the past eight years, and I even met my wife there three years ago. We went back last night to celebrate that "anniversary". Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was awful! We waited for nearly 20 minutes (with menus closed) before our waiter took our food order. Twice, more than ten minutes passed with no beverage until the waiter filled my wine glass. We waited so long for the waiter to bring the box with my wife's "leftovers" and to pick up the check, that we departed without the "leftovers." The food was also below standard. We needed to add substantial salt and pepper to all of our courses. The escargot in puff pastry now uses a large quantity of spinach to conceal and substitute for the proper quantity of escargot. Maison ruined our special night!
