Review content:
Gaynor's replaced our transmission 5 months ago and gave us a limited 2-year, 24k mi warranty. When the 2nd transmission needed replaced recently, they took great care of us. Even though the warranty only covered the defective parts/labor on the replaced transmission, it was actually a faulty radiator that ended up ruining the transmission and therefore, they had every right to charge us for replacing it a 2nd time. Instead, we only paid for the radiator parts & labor, which was a fraction of what they could have charged us. To top it all, since we were without our vehicle for a week at a time, they even paid for our rental car from Enterprise (both times!)
Pros: clear estimates, loaner vehicle
