Review content:
Avoid Chenal 10 Storage if at all possible. I rented three of their units for over two years. I had moved out of state and it took time for me to travel back and forth to empty my units and transfer my stored items. When it came time to move out I was advised that I had to fill out a form declaring that I was moving out 30 days before hand. I did this five different times. After moving out and following all of their requests, sweeping out the unit, leaving the door open and returning their locks.....they continued to charge my debt card for three months. They are difficult to work with and very arogant. The only thing they want is your money and they try to come up with excuses why they deserve it. I had to cancel my debit card in order to stop them from charging it montly....after I had been moved out for three months. They also are very pushy with their faith. I am a Christian however I do not practice the same faith as they do and they always attempted to push their faith on me. There is plenty of other storage facilitys in the area. Do yourself a favor and use one of the others.
