My experience with Window Doctor was beyond deplorable. I called them on a Thurs morning after several referrals for an emergency repair and was told that they couldnt get me on the schedule until Monday but considering the circumstance would try to get their guys to come over after an install they had at least to measure and board up by the end of the day. I was a victim of a break in and have three small children. They called at the end of the day and said maybe the next day. They called at the end of Friday and apologized and said Monday. They called at the end of the day on Monday and said they needed to get me on the books to guarantee an appt... I had thought I was on the books! Way to leave a single mother, already a victim of an attack w/3 small children w/a window smashed allowing the elements and all other crazies into her home. Absolutely most ridiculous customer service experience. Express Window came the same day and had new window in in 2 days..
