I've been a customer with H&R for over 7 years with 2 different cars. In every case that I've dealt with them, I have been satisfied with their work. As a "shade tree mechanic" in the past, I find that their recommendations are consistently honest (even when they could have easily inflated the job in question) and I appreciate the care that they take in explaining the work. Even though I live in Chicago now, I still bring my car to them because I know that I can count on excellent service and quality work.
