This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my years of home ownership. Dirk is RUDE! He is abrasive, and threatening! I'm sure he will try to sue me because I stopped payment.That was my only option for being treated so badly. I wanted a skunk removed. They caught a raccoon, then they returned it to my property instead of getting rid of it, because I didn't want to pay them for catching a raccoon! I tried to talk to Dirk on the phone, but he just kept insulting me, accussing me and yelling , instead of talking calmly and with some intelligence.The tech was just doing what his boss,Dirk, told him to do. There was no working with Dirk. everything is "his way or the highway"! I would NEVER recommend this Co.
