The spring broke on my garage door and a friend of mine referred me to Specialized. Nobody is happy when things break but they made the experience painless. They came in, fixed it, looked it over to see if there were other issues and then recommended that I fix other parts to make sure that it worked properly. I never felt like I was being "sold". I just felt like they were doing the right thing and recommending honest solutions. Everything is fixed, everyone is happy and he didn't even get upset when my chihuahua tried to bite him. I can now get my car in and out of the garage. This is good. I would certainly recommend this company.
