I was very pleased with the care my Welsh Springer Spaniel received at Alicia Pet Care Center. She is 13 years old and her skin allergies / itching had gotten increasingly bad . I really thought that I'd tried everything and that it was hopeless ! Dr. Amy Rosencrantz was so caring and helpful and was determined to get my dog some relief . She and Dr. Wheaton worked together and came up with a plan of action. Dr. Rosencrantz made sure that I knew the course of meds would take awhile to kick in and encouraged me to be patient . She was right and I am happy to say that my dogs skin allergies have improved tremendously ! Yes ,some of the new medications being tried for pet allergies are a little pricey but it is a price I'm willing to pay to see my sweet spaniel happy and healthy. Thank you Dr. Rosencrantz and Alicia Pet Care Center.
