Lived in Louisville for 35 years, always heard great things about this vet, esp. from breeders. If a breeder says the dogs get great care then you can take it to the bank. I would rather have the best care for my animal and customer service/long wait can take the back seat. Hate the wait, but there are several options to make it better: walk backs (optional not mandatory), sign in and go home; they will call near your appointment, and take the first available vet. The staff is a little busy and sometimes forgets to be more people friendly. They are open during the hours that work for me and I know if I need emergency care they will be there for my pet.
