Review content:
I've had the same brake problem for about a year and a half now. I've taken it back to them more than 7 times and still am having problems!! They've replaced brake pads about 3x, calipers 2x, rotors, and now the emergency brake cable. Guess what - it's still not fixed!! I don't know what it takes, but I'm not paying any more money to fix it!! I'm to the point where I'm never going back, never recommending the company to anyone, and asking for them to pay for the repair cost for me to take it to the dealer and get it done right. I've heard every excuse from "that model year has tricky brakes", to "sometimes we just can't get the brakes shimmed exactly right". Somehow, I don't think it's the car or the parts. It seems worse ever since they touched it. I'm pretty much convinced they can handle replacing batteries, tires or making oil changes (because they can do that well), but they probably have no business doing any other type of auto repairs because in my experience, they don't know what they're doing! I guess it's pretty telling when a former employee tells you that they wouldn't ever take their car there for repairs.
