This is the worst vet I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The owners are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever met, and they don't care a lick about animals. They are in it only for the money, as is evidenced not only in the fact that they are much more expensive than everyone else but also due to the fact that they WILL tack on any extra fees and services their seedy little brains can think of. They have done it both times I have been there, the first with my dog 7 years ago, and again today when I visited them by mistake when adopting 2 cats from the shelter. I told the shelter I usually go to the vet on first street(Jacksonville Animal Hospital), not remembering that these grifters were on first street as well. Also, they treat your pets like crap.
