When I went to Pearle Vision I needed to buy my first pair of glasses and was not sure where to start, so I aimlessly looked through the huge selection of glasses. When an employee asked me for help, I said yes, thinking he would just show me where all the different types of glasses were; but he did much more than that. He asked me what I was looking for and picked out specific glasses for me to try on. He showed me the different attributes such shape and material that would compliment my face. I am a very indecisive person, but this employee stayed with me for over 45 minutes helping me to make my final decision. Next, we sat down and he explained my choices for packages I could buy (such as lenses with anti-glare, anti-scratch, etc) and the costs. I was very frank about my budget and he helped me maximize my benefits. He even gave me a discount so I would stay under my budget! I came back the next day to pick up my glasses and had them adjusted and, very importantly, I was told precautions about beginning the usage of my glasses, such as driving, something I really had no idea about. This made me trust this store much more. I walked out very satisfied with the customer service. I back a month later because I needed to adjust my glasses and they did, free of charge.
