La Mesa Sew & Vac simply LIES. MONICA as well as TOM BOTH LIE. PERIOD. We have not only Emailed info but also faxed DIRECTLY FROM ORECK WARRANTY PROGRAM. NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT MY VACUUM IS FOR a business.... our HOME address is the same as a mailing address for our HOME and a HOME BASED BUSINESS IN A GARAGE-an administrative business on CONCRETE FLOORS- what idiots. IT HAS A TEN YEAR WARRANTY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CLEANING AND SERVICE, WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS ON THE WARRANTY OF TEN YEARS FOR COVERED SERVICE AND IS IGNORED BY THIS SHABBY SHOP! We never even spoke with "TOM" which was clear in his phone message- "IT NEEDS CLEANED" and this is FROM A HOME USE- ORECK CORPORATE DID NOT "CLAIM ANYTHING ABOUT OUR ORECK BEING COMMERCIAL" as we do not own a COMMERCIAL MACHINE. How stupid are people really? And how many more lies? BBB took the complaint and information and has posted it online. Funny enough now we have TWO LIARS AT THIS LOCATION.... beware about the bait and switch... CONTACT ORECK CORPORATE FIRST BEFORE YOU HAVE YOURS SERVICED, they WILL send you to the CORRECT WARRANTY SERVICE COMPANIES HERE IN THE SAN DIEGO AND LA MESA AREAS... I HATE LIARS and they are TRYING TO JUSTIFY THEIR FAULTS AND BAIT AND SWITCH. How dare they accuse my spouse of anything.... we have filed with the BBB and PROVIDED ALL INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR THE ORECK TEN (10) YEAR WARRANTY. La Mesa Sew and Vac (CRAPPY SERVICE)- THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT and ONLY WANTED MONEY!. WE WISH THAT THE CORPORATE STORES WERE STILL AROUND IN THIS AREA... but not enough people CAN AFFORD THE $800 ORECK FOR HOME USE- A ZERO IS DESERVED JUST FOR THEIR LIES! La Mesa Sew and Vac- WORD SPREADS FAST!!!! And being that we have had our BLUE PILOT (HOME USE VACUUM) serviced the last two years with the documentation, YOU ARE DEFINITELY IN THE WRONG! We are providing the documentation from the LOCAL COMPANY who DOES SERVICE ORECK and FOLLOW THE TEN YEAR WARRANTY! WE WILL POST IT FOR YELP USERS TO SHOW THAT LA MESA SEW AND VAC LIES!!! They are a little shop trying to get by in this economy and using tactics to make money to pay the rent. HOW PATHETIC.
