If you love your pet DO NOT TAKE your pet here. Healthy kitten taken here for shoots and to be spaded... a couple hours later received a call that she is dead. Yes dead, NO compassion at all. Wanted an explanation and finally was told.. oh weak heart, like it was nothing. This kitten lived in our house and played outside all day. The most active, hyper kitten we have ever seen. I was handed her in a box with the women saying"here's your kitty" We are taking her to have a necropsy (autopsy for cats) and the receptionist was crying with me and apologizing... no sympathy from the place that ended her life.
Pros: good at putting healthy animals to rest
Cons: everything from customer service, compassion, sympathy
