started off really great, with a quick sign in, and very quick trip to the put in spot at the bridge on the Harpeth River...our problems were at the pick-up point. Our party waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a pick-up ride back to the parking lot. This is not a typo nor exageration....1 hour and 10 mintues WAIT! One guy came with a pick-up and loaded a few in the back bed after the first 45 minute wait, and told us the next pick up would be in 10 minutes.......25 minutes later that van came! All the while we waited for a Music City pick-up. many, many other services had several pick-ups....This is the last place I'd rent from again. BTW, this was for the Sunday before Memorial Day 2008.
